We stayed at the Yacht Club and absolutely fell in LOVE with it. We had a fantastic time and I really want to be back there right now, but here are our reviews. We weren't on the dining plan but decided to try all kinds of resturants anyway. It was me, DH, DD (18), DD (turned 17 on our trip), and DS (14).
Beaches and Cream- June 9th
Me: ceasar salad and root beer float
DH: burger and fruit
DD and DS: burger and fries
DD: ceasar salad
Very good! From what my family said the burgers were a little dry, but it wasn't a big deal to them. We really loved the ceasar salad, maybe I was just in the mood but I thought it was delicious. We really enjoy the atmosphere of Beaches and Cream. Yes, it is a very busy and somewhat cramped restuarant, but we like it. It's that cute little ice cream shop that everyone wishes was in their town.
Liberty Inn- June 9th
Me: Turkey sandwich
DH: Chicken strips
DD: Chicken strips
DS: double bacon hamburger
We walked into Epcot that night and around the World Showcase. Since my DS and DH are very partial to American food this is what caught my family's eye for a cheaper meal. Nothing special about this counter service but I really liked the turkey sandwich. It was something different other than the traditional burgers, chicken strips, and fries. No complaints from family members here.
Tony's Town Square- June 10th
Me and DH: both ordered the baked ziti and split a ceasar salad.
DD: Lady and the Tramp Combo: ceasar salad and chicken panini
DD: Chicken parmesan
DS: Chicken Ceasar Salad
Very good service here. Probably because there wasn't many people in the restaurant, but she was extremely attentive to everything. We enjoyed having a Italian meal! Tony's is a very peaceful and relaxing setting- nothing spectacular but very enjoyable. Everyone really liked what they ordered especially my DD who ordered the chicken parmesan.
Rosie's All-American Cafe- June 10th
DD, DS, DH: burger and fries
We walked into MGM later around 7 to watch Fantasmic. My DD and I were still too full from Tony's to eat anything, but the rest of my burger-loving family wanted something else to eat. Usually at Rosie's it takes a little while to get your food, but I was pleasantly suprised this trip. They got their food extremely fast- most likely due to the fact that we were eating later. My burgers fans gave it an A+!
MORE TO COME LATER!!!!!
