Hi! This is my first ever dining review, swore I would take pics while I was there, but it rarely seemed to happen:rolleyes1 Oh well. I did get a few. We had booked Le Cellier for our last day, but the kids wanted to do Toy Story Mania again and we had only been to MK once, so I really wanted to go there. 3 parks on the last day seemed too much, so we booked LTT and cancelled Le Cellier:scared1:.

Here we are at the airport in Toronto, Ontario - Dan(DH), Ben , Abby, and myself, Tracey.

We ate at the food court POFQ, WPE, Peco Bills, O'hana, Akershus, SS, Citricos, Pizzafari, Hoop, 50's, Pizza Planet, Chef Mickeys, Ghirardelli, Tutto, LTT, and lots of popcorn thoughout the parks.:rotfl:

When we arrived to POFQ we were starving. Our room was not ready, so we decided to grab a bite at the food court.

Something I left out in the introduction. My parents joined us, here they are.

Mom had the Taco Salad with Beef - She loved it.

The kids & I shared a pizza, half pepperoni half just cheese. Pretty Good.
013.jpg

Dan had Chicken quesadilla. Pretty Good

I don't remember what Dad had and we shared Beignets for dessert. I LOVED these things. Everyone else just thought they were OK.

We got our room, unpacked, and off to downtown we went. WPE we decided on for dinner. Mom and Dad went to EOS. Mom had a salad and she loved it and Dad had the Original. He loved his sandwich.

Dan and I split the BBQ Chicken Pizza. This was one of our best meals of the trip. We LOVED this.

028.jpg

Abby had Linguini with tomato sauce. She loved this, and ate it in 2.5 seconds, I swear!
026.jpg

Ben had ...... Peperoni Pizza. Do you see a trend here??!? Well this was the most disgusting pizza I have ever tried in my life. Ben ate 2 or 3 bites as he did not like it at all. It was the sauce. It tasted like garlic butter that escargot are served in. NOT tomato sauce. Barf!! I felt bad for him, but I wasn't too worried, I knew he wouldn't starve at Disney!:rotfl:

It LOOKS sooo yummy, how disapointing:sad1:!

We then had a brownie, cookie, and frozen yogurt with cookie crumbs on top. They were all just OK.

On the way back to our resort we stopped at Goofy's Candy Co and the kids chose these...

I liked Ben's the best, it had a banana flavour to it!!

Day 2. Our first full day. I had a delivery from Wegoshop with no problems so we could eat breakfast in the room, which is what we did today. We had our first popcorn at 11am. YUMMY!!

Peco Bills for lunch. There was nothing on the kids menu that the kids liked so I got them plain ceasar salads and yogurt for dessert. Ben loved his salad and ate the whole thing. This was a shock because to get him to eat vegies is always a challange. He also ate some of Dan's fries. Dan had a dble bacon cheeseburger and he said it was good, but just a burger. I had the BBQ pork sandwich. Yummy. I loved this. We shared a yummy moist carrot cake.

Ohana for dinner. I'm sure you all know the menu. Bread ,salad, noodles, wings, dumplings, broccoli, bbq steak, shrimp, turkey , and one of the best desserts in Disney. This was our first time here. Everyone LOVED the bread, salad and dessert. Dan also loved the wings, I loved the noodles and dumplings, Abby loved the wings, Dad loved the shrimp, Ben didn't like anything, they brought him chicken nuggets and fries. What a picky kid!! Everything else that we didn't "love" was really good. I think we will eat again here next trip.

This is the only pic I got that has food in it.

Sorry, now that I see it there are more empty bowls than full!!:lmao:

Oh, and there's the dessert in this one!

Day 3 we had a reservation at Akershus. I have lots of pics of the princesses but none of the food. I have to say, this was one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had. We were soooo surprised. Maybe because we weren't expecting much, just booked for the princesses. On the cold buffet they had bowls of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and a mixed fruit bowl of melons and oranges. RASPBERRIES:scared1: BLACKBERRIES:scared1: etc, couldn't believe it. I pigged out on those. They also had yogurt with various toppings to choose from, croisants, cinnomon buns, cherry danishes, cheese danishes. Smoked salmon, bagels, some other fish that I couldn't look at but my father enjoyed, and assorted cheeses. Then there was the hot tray brought to our table with bacon, sausage, eggs, and cheese potatoes. Bacon was OK, didn't try the sausage, eggs were surpisingly awesome, and the potatoes were excellent. We all loved this meal!!

We went to Sunshine seasons for lunch. Mom had Grilled Veg Cuban Sandwich- she was surprised, she really liked it. Dad had soup of some sort and the kids"build your own mini sub". He loved his meal. Dan had the chicken ceasar salad and he said it was good. I had Roasted Beet and goat cheese salad with candies pecans. Yummy. Loved it. The kids had the mini subs, they liked them and Ben ate my Dessert Chocolate Mousse cake - he loved it. Dan had the strawberry shortcake, which I made him share. We both loved it. Mom had Butterfinger cheescake, it was pretty good. Dad's diabetic, and he was good for lunch THIS TIME!!! LOL!:rotfl:

Mom and Dad took the kids back to the resort and Dan and I went to Citricos for our Anniversary.

Dan had the Filet Sicilian and Lemon cheesecake for dessert.

I had the Braised Short Ribs and Warm Chocolate Banana Tart

We loved our choices, I did find the ribs really rich, Dan had to finish it for me and I liked his cheescake slightly more than my dessert. I wasn't in the mood for beef, but when I tried his I could have switch plates, it was awesome! Dinner was delicious. Another A + for us.

Great reviews! I can't wait to go to Citricos in a few weeks, it will be our first time!:goodvibes

Nice looking family. Love reading your TR

Thank you!

Great reviews! I can't wait to go to Citricos in a few weeks, it will be our first time!

We loved it there. Our ADR was at 7:30 , and after our meal we went down to the dock to take the boat back to MK and guess what we saw?? The water parade!! We had never seen it before, it was beautiful!

Day 4 : Typhoon Lagoon. We gave my parents a break and off to Typhoon Lagoon we went. Not much to tell here, food was fine EXCEPT the mini doughnuts!! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY mini doughnuts. DOUGHNUTS! I loved those things.:rotfl:

We then took the bus to AKL to check it out. We ate at the quick service there. We tried the Chicken Flatbread with corn, moz, and zough drizzle and got an order of chicken nuggets incase we didn't like the flatbread. Well, we didn't really care for the flatbread. It was the drizzle. We tried to spread our wings;)! Then we tried the famous Zebra Domes for dessert. I didn't like them, Dan said they were OK, took the rest home for Mom and she liked them. Oh , and guess what the kids had???? Pizza. I tried it, it was yummy.

Day 5 : AK. I wanted to try the Hot Italian Sandwich so we went to Pizzafari. We split one. It wasn't awesome, but pretty good. Dad also had it and Mom had a Chicken ceasar salad. She complained she was getting tired of chicken ceasar salad and Dad liked his sandwich. The kids split ........ drum roll please..... PIZZA! Yup. Pizza again. They really liked it. Ben ate my chocolate cake too. He loves chocolate cake and the bite I had was divine. I did leave out the box of popcorn we got for Abby in the morning. Ben ate it. She then asked for another box because her brother ate it, well.. he ate the 2nd box too. So I said I would buy her yet another box. She got about a third of it. I ate the rest! I thought this was very funny, poor kid! She didn't seem to mind too much, I think by that time she wasn't hungry anymore. Too tired fighting for her popcorn!:rotfl:

Dinner we went to the Hoop De Doo. Well this was the best fried chicken and rib meal I think I have ever had!! We loved every single bite!!! Dessert was also excellent! What a pleasant surprise! Except Ben. He had one tiny bite of potato. Not one other thing. Guess it wasn't quite pizza. Actually he had cold pizza in the room that night that was left over from our first day! If his head starts forming a triangle, I think I will know why!!!:lmao:

Day 6 - HS. We went to the 50's for lunch. The food wasn't too bad but our waitress was a complete dud. I felt bad for my father because I know how much he was looking forward to this experience. But I do have pics:)

Mom had the Stacked Sandwich & chocolate milk shake , she liked it.

187.jpg

Abby had a salad to start, chicken nuggets, and a vanilla shake. Ben ate more of it than she did. Her vanilla shake filled her up, I think.

188.jpg

Dad had the pot roast, he enjoyed this. Dan and I had the Char grilled sandwich and I found my chicken to be quite dry. Ben had .... a HOT DOG. They don't serve pizza here. :rotfl2: Dan enjoyed his Peanut Butter shake. I'm the only one who saved room for dessert, I wanted to try the smores. Meh. They were ok. I think they are better around a campfire with more chocolate in them! :goodvibes

Guess where we went for dinner at HS????? If you guessed Pizza planet you are right!! I actually enjoyed it here, the pizza and salads weren't awesome, but they were pretty good. The only pic I have of here is Dan doing this..
