Do they still have the characters arriving on the train at MK first thing in the morning? If they do how early do we need to get there for this

We never made it for opening at MK
but they still have characters on the bus at EPCOT

Crowds and the heat? How were they? Any crowd situation at any particular park noticed? (At any particular time?)

We walked on almost every attraction that we wanted to ride with the exception of test track, rock n roller coaster and tower of terror
Crowds seemed very light .

Heat was bearable

Mickeygirl: They still have the characters on the train and show at opening at the regular opening time, but not at early entry. We got there around 8:40 and had a great spot to view the show. Of course, it really wasn't too crowded when we were there.
