Just back - My thoughts on dining!

For us, Via Napoli is for pizza only. We wouldn't want to order anything else. While some like the pasta, I've seen a lot of negative reviews about it. The pizza is a sure thing...Love the cappuccinos!

Good! That's our plan! Early dinner of pizza (not on the dining plan so DD & I will share and DH & DS will share a gf one) then if the stars align, to HS for the Star Wars Dessert party...if it's still going on in Feb.

I will agree with a PP - the pizza at Via Napoli is the "attraction". With the different kitchens, I would avoid ordering a mix of food...pizza only or pasta only. We loved it!

Thank you for sharing -- nice report. We have found the same about the service at Via Napoli. Would need to find out from those who have traveled to Italy if the service is typical for the culture. Still, we enjoyed our meals there.

Could be the culture. We got back from Rome a couple of months ago, and while the people are very friendly and warm, dining is a little more formal. Servers also don't get tipped over there, so there's no need to be concerned about checking on your satisfaction. It's not that they don't care, it's just not what they're used to doing, and it doesn't affect their wages.
