We got back Tuesday night, well actually Wed. morning because of JetBlue delays, but that was the only transportation problem we had.

We had the 7 am flight out of BOS on Friday and it was on time. Checked into the ME desk with barely any wait and walked over to the lines and there was a bus waiting for us, I'm pretty sure we were the last ones to get on because it seemed to leave right after we got on. The driver was great and she asked trivia questions (like What does MGM stand for? Mickey's Got your Money :rotfl: and joked around before the video started. We stopped at Pop first and everybody but us and another family got off. It then made its way to Coronado Springs -- our stop! I don't remember exact times but we were checked in and eating at the Pepper Market by 11:30 am.

After eating we decided to go to Magic Kingdom since our room wasn't ready yet. There was a MK bus just pulling up to Bus Stop 1 so we hopped on. When we were leaving MK we waited about 2 minutes. This seemed to be the trend the WHOLE trip. It was great -- there was always either a bus just pulling up or a short (<5 minutes) wait. The bus drivers were also great. The only time we had a crowded bus was when leaving MGM around 10 pm on an EMH night, apparently everyone was leaving at the same time, but even then everyone who was waiting at the stop was able to get on. Even when we watched Wishes 2 nights, leaving a couple minutes before they ended, and Illuminations another night, we had no trouble getting on a bus and there was no one standing. I'm not sure if the buses at CSR are always this empty and prompt or if it was simply a slow week for the resort.

On the way home our ME bus was for 4:45 pm on Tuesday and it got to CSR at about 4:50 pm and we were the last pick-up, very full bus - every seat was taken! Again the driver was excellent, making 2 stops - one at Terminal A and another at Terminal B - not sure if they always do this. We were at the aiport by 5:30pm, plently of time for our flight, especially since it was supposed to be at 7:55 but was changed to 9:56pm (every JetBlue flight was delayed - had nothing to do with FL weather since it was sunny and no wind :confused3 )

All in all we had a great experience with Disney Transportation. We were very spoiled with the Monorail last year so I was nervous about the buses but they ended up working out great and I have NO horror stories to note. If anyone has any questions just let me know! :sunny:

Thanks for the report. Good or bad, it's always good to get updated, first-hand info on how everything is working for us guests.

Glad you had a great time! :Pinkbounc

We landed at 3:30pm and were all checked in and unpacking in our room at 5:05pm. Not sure when the luggage arrived but it was in our room (Sports) when we got back at 10:15pm.

Friends stayed at Old Key West and arrived 2pm, were in their room at 3:35. At 10pm they didn't have their luggage and they called the front desk. "oh, we don't deliver until we know you're in your room". Huh? I think they just wanted a tip.

So, from the time you landed in MCO how long did it take to get to your resort?

The plane landed around 10 and by the time we got off, used the restroom etc. we were probably on the bus by 10:25ish and like I said it left pretty much right away. I think we were at the hotel by 11:10, according to the timestamp on the pictures we took. :goodvibes The luggage was in our rooms when we got back from the MK around 3 pm.
