Just wanted to let everyone know that we had the perfect vacation. The weather, resort, cruise, AirTran, and Quicksilver towncar couldn't have been better. Nothing to complain about, and I mean nothing. My DD17 did have her luggage taken by another guest at the end of our cruise, but Disney found it at the airport and returned it to us while we were at luggage checkin at the airport. Disney really does take care of you!::yes:: After I get everything together and my pics ready I will post a trip report.

Welcome Home!! Glad to hear you had a great trip!! Anxious to read your trip report!! Get the washer running, grab a cup of joe and type away!!

If you could, please include what WDW resort you stayed at and what time the DCL bus picked up at the resort to head to the port. I am being rather anal about the DCL bus schedule, SORRY!

We didn't use Disney transfers, we used Quicksilver towncar. We wanted to do our transfers on our schedule, not Disney's. I very highly recommend Quicksilver. Prompt, professional, and friendly. Their website is www.quicksilver-tours.com . Check them out.

we purchased disney transfers for our land/sea next week and now I am having second thoughts. Is it a pain to use their transfers? How does it work?

The Disney transfers work by taking you and your luggage from the airport to the resorts, resorts to the ship, and finally the ship back to the airport. They use the Disney Cruise Line busses. I am sure that it is a nice way to travel but you are on Disney's schedule. That is why we used Quicksilver Towncar. They were absolutely wonderful. I would definately use their service again. Use my link above and check them out.

I am so glad to hear this as I just cancelled my DCL transfers yesterday and booked Quicksilver. We leave Saturday for our first land/sea. We are staying at the BC and the 3 nights on the Wonder. Can't wait to read your trip report!
