Just back - kids' meals have increased

We just got back, and noticed that kids' meals have increased at TS places and CS places:

TS - breakfast $6.09 and lunch/dinner $8.09
CS - $5.09? we don't eat CS, so I'm not 100% sure of this figure, but I quickly checked

When did you go? There are certain times of the year that includes a "surcharge" b/c of the season.

As I mentioned, I just got back (2 days ago). This has nothing to do with the upcharge/surcharge at all, as these are regular prices that have just increased by .50 - 1.00 per meal.

The upcharge/surcharge is for buffets, all you care to eat and priced fixe meals such as: CRT, Tusker House, Boma, Garden Grill, Chef Mickey's, etc. during peak seasons such as summer and Christmas.

We were just there in July, so going often, and having eaten at most TS restaurants, we noticed the increase right away.

A few little subtle increases here and there, and Disney probably hopes people won't notice as much. Plus, so many people are on the DP, so it doesn't really affect those guests anyway.

That is why we do the DDP that way we don't see the increase and it is already paid for when we get there minus tip and stuff

Yup, that's one plus to the DP, but we love TIW, so with paying cash, we noticed the increases.
