Just back - Highs and Lows

Well flew back in to a rainy Manchester this morning, and thought I'd give a quick update.

Highs:

* Really enjoyed hiring a car for the first time - it gives you a huge amount of freedom.

* Tried Chili's for the first time and went back again. Was surprised and happy when ordering our drinks that we were told it was happy hour all day and we got buy one get one free. The food was really good as well.

* The cooler weather (we usually go in September) was good for visiting DAK as we saw alot more animals than we usually would.

* The parks in general were more bearable heat wise.

* Staying in my mum and dad's new villa was great.

Lows:

* Only having car hire for 7 days due to it being expensive for longer due to under 25 fees.

* Some days were slightly cooler and would still prefer September, however wearing a jumper for a couple of hours before it heated up was fine by us.

* Coming home...

It really is - but we're already on planning on going next May - I stress 'planning' at the moment. See how the funds go.

Also we flew with Virgin and whilst I enjoyed it, we usually fly with Continental who I would say have a better in flight entertainment system, but I did enjoy the flight.
