LOVE, love. love the castle shot!

How did you get the 4 different colors on the quartet? I've only mastered one so far, LOL.

I did that in Photoshop Elements 4 - you do an adjustment layer, turn it black & white, and then "erase" the parts where you want the colors to show through. The band behind the quartet wore red & white and there were just so many other colors that the quartet didn't stand out, so I figured I'd try this. I guess I should put a disclaimer on that photo, huh?

Thanks for the kind words, gang! I'm enjoying my new Canon S3 - well, I guess it's not "new" any more, but this was my first trip using it, and I'm VERY satisfied with it.

I'm having some problems with the Kodak Gallery site - just can't get my pictures to upload. I guess I'll keep trying..........

Our favorite ride!

These next 2 aren't very good photos, but they show the water tunnel in Poseidon's Fury - really cool effect! The water swirls around you and you walk through, not getting wet:

And of course, the Universal globe, with the Hard Rock Hotel (where we stayed) in the background:

Hi Andy! That "thing" is the Incredible Hulk coaster - way cool! It starts similar to Rock n Roller Coaster, only you're moving slowly up the lift hill and then it shoots you thru a tunnel and immediately out into a loop. Really neat! Personally, I like it better than RnR. You even go underground at one point.

Are you going to Universal in November, too, or just Disney?
