Just back from Universal was there from July 6 through July 10. Great visit, Viewed Fireworks from Portofino Beach Pool almost every night. Express Perk for On-Site Hotel Guests was working on all rides except for the mummy. On the mummy Cards were scanned and we were told could only ride once until 3:00 PM. No other rides were enforcing this. Was ridding Spiderman and MIB 3, 4, 5 times in a row with no problems. Maybe they need more scanners. Portofino was great, Parks were great, Express was Great ( Most of the time). If you have any questions let me know and I will try to help. Thanx
