Just back from the passport office

Went to the Hamilton office today and waited approx 1 hour. Then took another 5 minutes to review and process my application. Make sure you have everything filled in correctly it will make things much smoother. Said it would be mailed out approx Jan 14. If you go back and want to pick it up in person be forewarned you will have to wait in line again.

Also don't go between noon and 1. Most of the staff took their lunch break and the woman waiting beside me said they called about 10 numbers during that hour.
