Actually, I've been back about a week and a half, but I haven't had time to catch up here on the DIS.
Had a very nice four night stay at the Dolphin. I was upgraded from a standard room to a Club Level, King Bed room with a great view of the lake, Boardwalk, Swan and (in the distance) the Tower of Terror and some of World Showcase. I watched the IllumiNations fireworks a few nights.
It was nice to be on the Club Level floor, but since I did not make use of the lounge, I would never pay extra for it.
I only had one 'issue'. When I checked in there were small bloodstains on the comforter.
It took me several phone calls over a 2 day period to get this fixed.
The service was very good otherwise. I asked for foam pillows, because of my allergies and when I cam back from one of the parks, there were 8 pillows covering my bed. Most nights we were throwing have of them on the floor.
I don't know that it would become a regular spot for me, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Dolphin in the future.
