Just back from the Disney Store!

Ok...went today and hit great deals! The fans that you hang around your neck & they light up are now 50% off! That make them $2.50 (got 4!) and they had lots of kids T-shirts marked down to $3.99! They were not the ones on display but are off to the side folded on a rack. I got 8 t-shirts for under $25 dollars. The goofy ones say "Still Goofy" I like that one! ha!

I almost bought the beach bags. They are small for kids but would hold one towel and goodies and they have a water bottle hooked to the side. They are $5.99 a piece and the tinkerbell one is really cute! I am holding off on those because they had several and they might go down some more. It would be great for the pool. The boy ones are backpacks and the girl ones are purse style. I have almost clothed are entire trip this last 2 weeks!

I just bought the gray Goofy t-shirts, one for each of us! They were $5 for the adults and $3.99 for the kids! I also bought a few other $3.99 t-shirts for the kids. One had Tigger on it, and the other had Mickey on it. They also had larger (12 inches?) Disney terry cloth plush characters for $5.99. The miniature Disney plush characters were close to $9. I bought a Pooh, Pluto and Mickey Mouse. I am so excited!

I bought the Mickey 2004 t-shirts to wear on the 4th of July(or put away for our trip ~ still undecided). So I got 7 matching t-shirts for family, DD Ariel t-shirt, myself Mickey gray/pink t-shirt, DD swimsuit, 3 pairs of adult sock(really soft & cute - Mickey, Pooh and Tinkerbell2 light up Cinderella nightlight type toys and a PoohBear smooshy toy all for $60.10 tax included. Even the CM commented on how much I got for that price.

There were plenty of other things to buy, but I'm trying to save $$ so we can go.

Fre shipping expired 6/4. 10% off is SUMMERFUN2004 expires 6/30. This was on mousesavers.com. Sometimes the catalog at disney store has free code for shipping on it. You can use it to order online.

I did go and they only had the adult shirt I wanted in small, so dh didn't get one, but I DID get a dress.+ It is really cute and was only $16.99. It was a different fabric from the one on line and I actually liked it better -- can't wait to wear it. I also got three beach towels. My store didn't have a huge selection of adult or older kids clothing, so that was it for me.

I bought lots there over the last couple of weeks. We got the matching White t's with Mickey for our upcoming trip. Also, daughter and I got the island dress, and hubby & son got the island t-shirt. DH and son hate it when I make us all dress the same.

Gotta love those sales. I also got the TB pajammas and my daughter got the cute TB blanket.

My first trip was over the weekend and I got some great stuff. I purchased some PJ's for my DD, the mini fans, the mickey island dress (ABSOLUTELY adorable), mickey blanket, ariel beach bag, light up bouncing balls, some t-shirts, and the VERY cute Mickey pens in red, yellow and blue.

After reading this thread, I realized that I forgot to pick up a little am/fm princess radio. Went back to the store and they had even better sales on some toys. I noticed that the island dresses were gone (glad I got one when I did).

I ended up purchasing the am/fm radio, 3 more fans, mickey socks, and a princess dress PJ set (which I got an excellent deal by their error).

It's the PJ set that looks like a princess dress, and in the book it's on sale for 19.99 (24.50 regular). I wanted to get it during the first trip but didn't want to spend that much so we got a different set. Well, today when I went into the store, the sign stated 50% off, which would've made it 12.25 so I decided to break down and purchase it (better than the 19.99 deal over weekend). Went to the register and it rang up 19.99. I informed her of the 50% sign and she had someone check it out. Turns out, they put the wrong sign up so they gave me 1/2 off. They even gave me 1/2 off of the 19.99 that it rang up as, so that made it 9.99. I was so thrilled. Wish I would've gotten two of them...I didn't know it was an error. I just assumed it was part of the next sale spree...Anway, it was still cheaper at 9.99 than the 12.25 I was expecting.

Guess I was the only one to purchase them today unless no one noticed it ringing up the wrong price (according to their sign)...

BTW - there were 3 women there (maybe someone from this board, hehe) and they had 7 HUGE disney bags, PACKED full. I would've loved to have seen their bill....

BWVPam and etwinchester -- Were your island dresses the blue and khaki one or the green one that's at disneystore.com? I envy you getting the men's shirts -- I'm toying with taking a road trip this week to try to snag one of them.

It's not shown in the disney catalog. I noticed a similar dress (green you are referring to) in the catalog and LOVED the STYLE but NOT that print.

I was so excited to see this one in the store. It is TOTALLY ADORABLE (in my opinion of course). I had it in my basket, then hung it back up. I did this about 3 times and said "what the heck, I'm getting it"

Glad I did as when I went back today I noticed they had NONE of the dresses left. I would've been so mad...

Did you all notice the catalog ans store have different prices? I ask the cast member and they saud they are seperate thats why the prices are diffrent but they will honor the prices if you catch it.
