Just back from SSR

Just back from our first trip home to SSR and can honestly say the resort was beautiful. I couldn't believe how quiet the resort was. No noise heard from DTD. The quiet pool was never that busy and one night we had it to ourselves

rooms were lovely. ate in the Turf Club and again really good service, nice food and nice view onto the Lake at DTD where the ferry boat leaves.

a part from driving in at the resort entrance you would never know there was still construction going on.

So glad you liked SSR! It like all the resorts are so nice. SSR is my home but I would happy in any DVC resort, but my heart is in Saratoga.

I'm glad you had such a nice time! It's great to hear about good experiences, and the little things, like having the quiet pool all to yourselves, that make the trips magical. Our last trip was to OKW and we took the ferry past SSR and it does look like a beautiful resort, and will only grow more beautiful as the plantings mature.
