Just made it back yesterday and had a great time. Was pleased with the room and everything there. A little to much for me though. Got there and took about an hour to check in. They had lost my reservations but was no big deal i had my confirmation and they were trying to fix it then computers went down. So they took me to my room and brought me my keys and other things to my room later. We went to the parks and when we got back that night the lady at the front desk had wrote a nice note and had a bottle of wine waiting and milk and cookies for my children.Dont drink but was a very nice jesture i thought. The best thing about staying there is FOTL worth every penny but next time ill be stay at one of the others just because it will be cheaper and will still serve the purpose for me as all im into is sleeping and dont have to have all the whistle and bells. Was still worth staying and wouldnt trade experience for nothing had great time.

We were going back and forth between PBH and the Hardrock. The hardrock won out this time. Glad you liked it.

I would much rather save the 30-50 dollars a night by staying at the RPR versus Portifino or Hard Rock. Multiply that by two or three day stay and you have alot of $$$ toward food and drink. I agree about all we do in the room is crash after a long day of fun. I also like the pool at the RPR the best, and if we want to we can always pool hop to the others.

We also just returned from a week at the PBH. We absolutely loved it! The rooms in the Villa wing and I think all the rooms had just been remodeled in the last month, and they were wonderful. They had just put in pull-out sofas in many of the club/deluxe rooms and that saved us the $25/night for the rollaway - we're a family of five. The big bathroom was very helpful as well. We really enjoyed the club lounge benefits. The convenience for breakfast and the nice evening offerings, pampering, etc. were worth it for us, but I'm sure you could save money eating without it. Very spoiled with FOTL now - would be hard to go back without it. We visited the Hard Rock and really preferred the atmosphere of PBH. Too loud, but I could see how somebody else might like it. Hard Rock pool had a better slide, and the under water music was kind of cool.

The bathrooms at the Portofino have me so spoiled!! We stayed at the HRH for Horror Nights & I remember complaining (loudly!) to my DH when I tried to close the door while *ahem* "sitting" & the door klunked me in the knee & I gave myself a bruise!
No more small bathrooms for us!! I guess we need more space !
