Just returned Saturday from a wonderful week at WDW. We stayed at POP and though our room was noisy and the food court had some problems we had a great time.

The resort is really neat and my DD loved the theme's. The only problems we experienced was the noise and food court. Our room was on the first floor just down from the elevator in the 50's building and we heard people walking by and talking nearly every night until 2 AM. We could also hear our neighbors flushing and showering. At the food court - everything we ordered was really good, the ordering was a mess, the CM's would take too many orders than forget who was getting what and giving orders out to people behind in the line while others were waiting at the front. This happened to us at least 3 times and we witnessed it happening to others.

None was enough to ruin our trip. We still had beautiful weather and a great vacation!!!

Thanks for sharing your review! I just stayed at Pop, and it is a fun theme! I had a blast walking around.

Thanks for the review! DH and I thought POP was great fun, but agree about the noise (we were also right around the corner from the elevators. Next time we will request a room at the end of the corridor AND we'll bring our box fan or white noise machine!

With a discount code, I think POP is wonderful for the money--I don't think you can get anything as wonderful off-site for 60 bucks a night.

Just back from POP as well 11/18-11/21
Stayed at the 90's bldg, 2nd floor overlooking small 80's parking lot on the end. We were told to park in 90's but that was such a haul that after day 1 we moved the car.
POP is pretty spread out and I took just about every way imaginable to get to the food court. I think even if I was going to be there for longer I wouldn't have bought the mug since it was a long walk to the food court.
It was loud, especially from about 6am to 9am. Doors slamming, showers running, loud voices etc. Definatley NOT a "honeymoon" resort ;)
Mousekeeping was wonderful though and we returned to find our room FILLED with towel animals. From our window ledge, to nightstand, TV stand, sink area and on the toilet lid!!! She even left me a note thanking me for her mousekeeping envelope. It only had $2 since it was just 2 of us but it was really nice of her to leave us a note.
Bus service was good, we didn't wait longer then 10 minutes for any of them.

Glad you enjoyed! We left there on the 16th and also liked it. At first I was a little bummed about our 4th floor room in the 70's (wanted 50's) but it turned out to be very quiet and a short walk to the food court and hippy dippy pool. I would go back for sure!

That is so cool!!! On our last trip at CBR, the mousekeeper left us a note written on a napkin thanking us for the tips, I thought it was really sweet! -Steph
