Requested room 3501 and got room 3501! Illuminations cruise was awesome too.

Probably missed you guys or we might have ran into you. We just got back today from LVC. Our room was 2503. Three doors down from the lounge. (It was great.) I'll post a report soon too. The staff was great. (Especially in the lounge.) Our rooms were also taken very good care of by Mousekeeping and Turn Down Service.
Poster - hope you enjoyed your stay-we did. Now - how will we ever stay anywhere else.

We were there last week too! Room 1502. We requested a third floor room but found that the first floor room was even better for our family! We absolutely loved the Poly.... I can't imagine staying anywhere else. We visited the AKL (which is where we originally were going to stay) and although it was beautiful, we were really happy that we chose the Poly. The Lagoon view was absolutely beautiful with the ducks and bunnies visiting us every day. I miss being there
The concierge service was great and the lounge food was yummy! We left on Saturday morning just in time to miss Jeanne. I felt so bad for everyone checking in when we were leaving.... somehow the threat of a hurricane seemed to ruin their excitement of arriving.

Hi,

I will be at the Poly LVC 11-29 through 12-6-04. Looking for a clear view with no trees... how were your rooms? I really want the 3rd floor, but will settle for the first. We are 54 and 53 yrs old, no kids (we do have two grown ones!), no aching bones!

Without a doubt room 3501 is best(view/location). However, just about any room on the 3rd floor would give you the same view.

I will try to post some pics soon.

I would stay away from 1501.

We were in 2518 and a huge tree blocked our view of the castle. We did have a clear view of Space Mountain.

Ooooh, I have a questions ...ok, I have lots of questions

We are staying at Poly GVC 11/7 to 11/14 - I have read it lots of places that Concierge will help pre-trip with any planning, PS and such. I received my confrimation in the mail from CRO but nothing mentioned about getting any of these services and I can't seem to find a phone number for Poly Concierge. When I called the main front desk of the Poly I was told that there was no phone for Concierge.

I have also read in a few places that you can fax in a room request something like a wekk or two before you arrive. Has anyone done this for Concierge and if so is it the same fax number or a different one?

The easiest way to contact the Island Planning Office (Polynesian concierge) is the e-mail at this addy:

It might take a couple of days for them to reply or they may be able to respond quickly--just depends on their workload and how much the latest hurricane has diminished the ranks.

I received a planning kit in the mail about 110 days out. This is where I requested everything I wanted. Then I stayed in email contact with them for any changes.

I do have the phone number to contact them directly - let me know if you want it and I will PM it to you.

Yes please!

We arrive in around 40 days and I have not received diddly-squat from them. This is our first time doing concierge and I have read both positive and negative things about it which have made me question my purchase already. Hearing that we should have gotten a planning kit and never did is kind of making that worried feeling come back
