Well, we are just back and had a great time. I was pleased with DL in general. My kids, who are definitely WDW veterans, liked it much better. I am still a WDW die hard.

Everything is so close. My boys who are 13 and 12 manuvered around the resort and park area by themselves fairly easily since there were no buses involved. Since we are from the Eastern time zone, when they got tired I let them walk back to DLH. The time change hit them hard. I think that was the part I didn't like. They were too tired to do any night time activities.

The Nemo opening made it crazy on Monday and Tuesday. There were a lot of school groups as well and I felt packed in like sardines at DL. DL has very small walkways which didn't help. DCA was a welcome relief. My boys loved Screamin. They rode the single rider line over and over again. My youngest said he rode 33 times. LOL. DD loved the Stinger and Maholland (sp?) Madness. I loved the Aladdin Show. It was so funny.

It was crowded all week but we used fastpass for everything we could and rode the non-fastpass rides at opening and got to experience everything as much as we wanted.
