Family of 5 stayed at OKW from Dec. 16-23. We tried a few things we had never done, such as lunch at "Chefs de France" and "Liberty Tree Tavern". We generally eat all counter service, but decided to splurge on 2 sit down lunches. We liked both places.
We also went to MVMCP on the 18th, and decided that was a one time thing. We did not have the "magical" time everyone talks about. We took in the Osborne Family lights, and were very impressed.
Our stay at OKW was okay, but because we had to wait for college kids winter breaks, we weren't able to book at our home resort, BWV. The weather wasn't good, lows in the 40's at night, so it was tough to walk any where, or even wait long at the bus stops. We had left our winter coats at home in Pennsylvania.
We all thought the beds were too hard to sleep well. Other than that, the room itself was great.
