Just back from long weekend at SOG and BCV - Any questions?

We returned on Tuesday from a 3-night stay at SOG and 1 night at BCV. We had a great time with low crowds. Our party consisted of 4 grandparents, DH, DS (21 months), and myself. Needless to say, my DS dictated our activities and nap times. We only had to use FastPass once for the Pooh ride on Monday afternoon. Everything else was a walk-on. The only issue I had was the bus service at SOG, but we walked to the Poly to catch the buses and monorail to avoid having to wait.

DS had a great time and was climbing into his stroller every morning telling us to hurry up. He is quite disappointed that we're already back home and that he has to go to daycare instead of the MK.

Did you say you stayed at the beach club villas? I was wondering what you stayed in - Studio, 1br or 2br. I am mostly curious about the Sofa beds. We are going with grandparents and want to know if the sofa bed (will have one person on it) is so uncomfortable that they will be in pain for the trip. Any input on that would be appreciated!

Glad your DS had a great time! Isn't that what all this time and money spent is all about!!

We stayed in a 2br, rm 252, but did not use either of the sofa beds. We only had 4 adults and one toddler with us at that point. We did notice that the sofas were much more comfortable and firmer than the usual sofa bed, so they seemed to go unused for the most part. I would think that they would be quite comfortable, at least at the newer BCV or Saratoga Springs. Sorry I can't be of more help. Enjoy your trip!

The sleeper sofa is pretty comfortable. I've slept on one in a DVC several times.
