Just back From HRH

Just back from 5 nights @ Hard Rock Hotel. Club Level, Two rooms. I showed my old "All Access" card and they gave me a new one.

Showed new "ALL ACCESS" at HRC and seated right away. Hard Rock cafe waiter said the "computers were down" and they couldnt take all access for credit or discount.

BTW, I was one of those who never got the first email, got the survey and never heard anything else. Went for my 6 fun filled days. Got back home and the voucher was in the mail.

Anyway we had a great time.....

i hope you saved your receipts at HRC.
send them an email at their website and have them give you credit on your card since their system was down when you went there.
