Just back from Hard Rock Club level

and had the best time ever!!

We have been there before but this was our first time on Club level.

The hotel staff is so friendly, the rooms are so clean we had a room facing the pool and the studios. I took a picture from our room but do not know how to post it here.

The pool was so much fun. Closed many times for a few hours because of the heavy rains but reopened later even if for an hour.

The club level offerings were plenty. they had about 2/3 different hot snacks at dinner time like stuffed mushrooms, pig in a blanket, chicken kabobs all in one night and other nights they would have egg rolls. mornings they would have croussants, pastries, cereals, orange and apple juice, bagels, bread for toasting, mixed tropical fruit, dannon yogurt. they also had desserts late in the evenings like brownies and sconces one night and ice cream with different sprinkles on another night. They always had cookies in a little jar, freshly made lemonade, drinks and coffee teas all day. They had plenty of food and never saw it run out. They would bring more in if it was empty.

when we entered club level the employee there welcomed us and explained club level amenities to us. very friendly. they even have a menu list for the day right as you enter.

we were there the last week of june and could not believe how empty the parks were because of all the rain.

we went to the clubs and they were empty too but it was a weeknight so it was expected to not be too crowded.

We ate at Hard rock right after the park closed and walked right in no wait. The food was delicous but pricey since the last time we were there about 1 year ago. we had fajitas.

We also ate at the kitchen one night and it was really good.

overall our stay was great and our room was neat and clean and used the workout room with my loews card for free. we even had cookies and milk brought to our room.

Welcome back!Sounds like a great trip!What room # did you have.We are going end of August,also club level.Last year had view of air conditioning unit or some kind of machinery.Thanks for the input!!

I do not remember # right now but my room was the first room across 1 step from club level. We could leave our door open and walk right into club level.

Thanks for the review! We've stayed at HRH before and loved it. This will be our first time staying club level at the end of July. Glad you had such a good experience.

Hi,
We stayed at RPR club last year.....between Christmas and NewYears. As you can imagine, it was very crowded. I thought one of the perks of staying "club level" , that not to many people talk about, is the way the concierge staff was able to get us reservations to any Universal restaurants. We just made up our mind at breakfast where we wanted to eat that day, and time, and the staff at "club" level was able to get us the reservations that were "unavailable" to most other people. It always seemed to me, like we got the best tables and never had to wait in line to get in, when "club" made us the ressies.
Short story........1 example.
We decided to go to The hard Rock, one night for dinner. "Club" made the reservations for us, when the HR was booked solid........no problem. We get to the HR for our meal.......told the staff our name.....and instantly, they said to "follow them".......they had a special table for us. They put us in the back of the restaurant, by the doors into U.S, back under the stairs. It was a very out of the way, type of spot. Confused, I asked why we were put all the way in the back.........I was thinking it was because of my three "active" kids.........but the hostess.....just said to us........"you will see". Well, about 5 mins. later, from the back entrance, in walks Howie Mandel and a few of his friends.......and sits at the table next to us! Pretty cool. The kids got a kick out of it and Howie was clowning around the kids during our meal. We didnt bother him to much and let him eat in peace.......but now I know why they put us in the back.......hardly anybody in the restaurant, besides us.......even knew Howie was "in the house".
I am pretty sure that the Hostess at the HardRock put us at the "special table" because the ressies were made directly from the Club level staff that morning, because there were LOTS of other people there for dinner that were seated far away from that "quiet" part of the restaurant, where there were only a few tables.
Oh-yea.........The food offerings at club.......were perfect for us. The breakfast was great.......quick and the kids loved the cereal and dougnuts. We would take a water bottle each, after breakfast for the parks that day, and we would "try" to make it back in time for cocktail hr and dessert.
Club level is worth every penny IMHO!
We are going back for Thanksgiving this year, we were so impressed.
8 nights at RPR Club level, and then over to HRH Club level for 7 nights.
We are completely skipping Disney this trip!
