Just back from great Carribbean trip but.....

found out I was robbed at the airport!

When we arrived back in our Canadian airport and picked up our luggage, we noticed that one of our suitcases was partially open. When we got home, we noticed that a clear plastic bag in the suitcase had been completely ripped open. The little baggie had sharp objects in it such as tweezers, razors, etc.. and was completely see-through. All of the contents were loose in the bag. Everything was still there except my favourite Disney bracelet that I just bought last year. Not a fun way to end the trip. I just hope the person who has my bracelet really needed it.

Sorry to hear about that. I had some friends have the same thing happen to them a year ago and since then, if it's valuable, I pack it in my carryon.

Nothing is safe anymore they caught some baggage handlers here at BWI stealing from the personel heading to Iraq .Things like Cd player and such that they would have a hard time finding over there.I'm glad they caught them and put it to them.

I would have made them go over there and hand it back to it's original owners.

All this safety has made it easier for airport crooks most terminals have x-ray equipment avail behind closed doors so they don't even have to root through looking anymore they can see right in.
