Just wanted to give a quick trip report.
The trip started very well with a prompt pick-up from Murray Hill. I must say, I would definitely recommend this company.
Went to the BWI...beautifully decorated for Christmas. (There is something odd about hearing White Christmas in sunny 80 degree weather.) The hotel was wonderful, the room was very nice. It even had a day bed and a BW view...however...I would not recommend this room. It was 3281 and directly above the Bellview Lounge . It was so noisey and as I am a light sleeper...had no sleep for 4 days. Also, it was directly across from mousekeeping so napping was a problem, too. I should have asked to be switched but did not say anything.
The parks were wonderful. Transportation was great (shared mostly with the Swan and Dolphin). The only crowded bus we had was after Wishes.
MGM was crazy with all of the soap fans...some funny, some wacky and some just plain rude. On the up side, the lines for the rides were short as everyone wanted to see the stars. I caught my own glimpses while waiting for DH and DS to ride Star Tours.
F&WF was really great. I can't wait to go back next year when I can really enjoy it ( I am pg.)
The weather was perfect, and according to DS and DH so was the slide at the BW pool.
I can't believe I have to wait an entire year to go back
