Just Back From CSR

Just got back from CSR. Stayed Oct 4 through the 11th. Used Magical Express (first time) and from landing at the airport to arriving at the hotel - time lasp was about an hour. Room was ready. Checked room out, then hit the parks. Back in room by 2 ish - luggage in room - life is good. Was on dining plan - no problems, everything went fine. The service at CSR as always was wonderful. Room was spotless and as always the CM's were great. Towel animals 4 out of the 7 nites we stayed. Weather very, very hot and humid. First time we have ever been in October. Went to parks early, spent afternoons at pool back to parks in evening, but we found most nites too muggy to stay. I took full advantage of the resort carts to go from place to place within the resort because of the heat. Magical Express back to airport very smooth. On the whole a great time....the weather (did I mention it was very hot and humid?) was not the best for us. As a matter of fact we always go to the Dis in December, but opted for Oct. this time because of the free dining...the DH said he didn't care if they were giving away free rooms he is never going in October again! Love the CSR and can't wait to go back, in December!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a great trip we are also Dec disney folks and this year we went in May and it was hot and humid mid 90's every day and 90% humidity I will never deviate from our Dec trips again. I am not a hot weather person and that weatehr just killed my trip I didn't feel like even leaving the room to do anything other than go to the pool or to BB. They could give us a free trip and I would still pass on it did I mention I am not a hot weather person LOL. My favourite season is winter. So glad to hear you loved CSR again that is one resort they label as a moderate but feels like a deluxe we prefer it to WLV and to BCV and OKW.

I know what you mean with the hot humid weather.....We went last summer in August and I wouldn't do that again.....lol.....going in December this year....and have been in November several times and loved it....also went last March and that wasn't bad....it did rain a little more than I would have liked.....but it was still Magical...
