Just back from CSR

Just back from a 4 day Thanksgiving 15 year anniversary trip without the kids. We got to the CSR @ about 9pm. When I went to register I was told that they had no king rooms available like I requested. I told the girl (which seemed new) that it was my anniversary and it was imperative that I get this type of room especially since I had called that morning to confirm that there was one available. She called around for other resorts to find me a room that I had requested. She found one @ POR and was ready to book it for me when a supervisor came by a informed me that there was 1 room available at this resort. The AC in the room was not working well and it took maintenance 2 days to solve the problem. All in all the room was ok with handicap showers and all. We really did not spend much time at the resort as we were in the casitas 3 and extremely far from the main pool. We were very close to el centro and the bus stop. We did not do any parks just resort hopping and a lot of DTD. The weather was excellent with Turkeyday evening going down to 50 degrees. DW told me that she does not want to stay at this resort any longer. She actually would rather stay at the all-stars if everything else is booked. We will actually be staying @ POFQ for spring break. It is great to come home and actually start planning the next trip.
