Just back from BWV

Hi everyone
Just returned from a family reunion we planned. We had two studios and the GV. Oh it was just beautiful and so big. The patio was the whole front of the buidling overlooking the boardwalk....we couldn't have asked for better...Well maybe

In the GV out of nine of us seven got a violent stomach virus. Not one day were all 17 of us in the parks at the same time. It didn't effect anyone in the studios. I spoke to housekeeping and the manager called me back and super cleaned the bathrooms for us. I just wanted them to be aware so when we left they would really clean it.

I even gave everyone a Disney personnilized sweatshirt for christmas. Never got the picture in the parks. The last day we got a shot of us on the broadwalk. The only time we were all together....not really four people already had to leave...oh well try again in five years!

But the Boardwalk is just beautiful. Love it!

I'm so sorry to hear the stomach virus put a damper on your plans. But, I'm also glad to hear you made the best of it. If you had to be sick, it was nice to have a "home" to recuperate in. We had a similar problem on our "dream family Christmas trip" a few years ago. Months of PS and event planning were shot by the stomach virus. You just can't plan for illness.

Alerting the BWV staff to "superclean" was a very thoughtful thing to do. I'm not sure if I would have thought of it. It might very well help out the next group of guests.
