Just back from Buena Vista Suites

Unfortunately, I did not think of that. It was one of those situations where even when you get off the phone you are just in AWE trying to figure out what just happened. I mean it really wasn't that bad, maybe she was just having a bad day, but for her to say, "good" was odd. I tryed calling a little after to talk to a manager, but it just rang and rang.

you can have that experience in any place just about, and with any type of business, one rude rep does not paint the entire establishment with the same brush imo.....as it happens, I've called up to Buena Vista Suites a number of times these past weeks, just the other day in fact and the last time I hung up without asking another ? on my mind.....got the same rep from a few minutes previously and she was as polite as could be......

I've asked all manner of questions about shuttles, times, how many hotels does your shuttle service.....repeating myself I'm sure (I'm peri- so I double check a lot of answers in this crazy state).......all polite and I might say very patient people I've talked to.....

and the phone reps aren't the ones giving you the direct hotel services you will be using......
 
I recently called with questions about the shuttle service and got all the answers that I needed and the Rep was very polite especially since I am not going until October. They do not know at this time if their shuttles will run for MNSSHP. Apparently they make up their schedules in conjunction with Disney as the rep said they would have to see what Disney tells them to do.
