Just back from BCV!

Hey all, just back on Friday and had a GREAT time. After all the posts about BCV's I was a little worried, but we didn't have any complaints at all. The room was very clean, all the furnishings were in good shape and the staff couldn't have been better. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They put us in an Epcot view room without even asking! Here is a pic of our view from room 550...

Wow, what a great view! I'm glad to hear such a positive report about BCV. I've enjoyed my previous stays there very much, and I look forward to arriving there this Friday!!

How is the rehab going at SAB and in the general store area?

How were the crowds at the parks?

Hi Deb! Nice to hear that a Michigan neighbor will also be a BCV neighbor next week!

I hope you're farther along with your packing than I am! In fact, spending time on the DIS tonight is yet another stall tactic. I hate packing!

I'll be alone with my parents (in their 70s) on this trip, so say hello if you think you spot us. I'll have my DIS shirt on sometimes. My parents are SOOO excited about this trip, and I'm really looking forward to seeing it all through their eyes.

They were so surprised, they gave you the best room at the inn.

Hi Bev,

We'll watch for you! This is our second trip as DVC members...our first was a year ago Nov. with the kids and "Grams and Papa". My parents really enjoyed it!

If your parents need a "kid fix", they can always chum around with our Lily (6) and Casey (5)...

Bet your parents will really enjoy themselves! Have fun and maybe we'll run into you at some point!

How is the rehab going at SAB and in the general store area?

The area by the slide was drained and they were working by the top of the slide. The only thing that was disappointing was the gift shop. It was very small and had a very limited selection.

How were the crowds at the parks?

How were the parks??? Hmmmm... Here are a few photo's I took on Wed. Feb 2nd around 2:30pm, the sky was overcast and it had been lightly misting rain earlier in the day...

nope, haven't left yet...actually I've been off work for almost a week...taking care of Lily who had strep throat...and myself after I picked up the bug! Thank goodness it hit last week and not this week!

We leave Wed....cannot wait!!! I'll send a note when we get back.

Anyone else out there headed to BCV this week or next from Michigan?
