Overall it was a good experience. We had a room in Dalmations. The CM that checked us in was great. She got us a nice room. She sent autographed picutes of Cinderalla with balloons to our room for my 2 daughters.
We landed at 8:30 pm and our bags never came on the ME until 12:30. It was a hassle, but knowing what I know now, I would have packed everything we needed for the night in our carry ons or better yet I saw a family have a skycap get their luggage off at baggage claim and wheel it over the the ME area and it was loaded with them on the bus. Seems like a better plan to me!
The rooms are small, but OK. Our room was clean and mousekeeping did some fun things with my kids stuffed animals.
The last day we were there they removed the soap/shampoo dispenser from the bathrooms. They are now giving bottles of shampoo and bars of soap. No more dispensers. We also had a hair dryer in our room.
The food court was OK, with the free dining plan we did not eat their much. We did do the refillable mugs for soda/coffee and that worked out great.
My kids had their hair wrapped their and the had a tatoo stand by the pool.
Bus service to the parks was for the most part good. We never seemed to wait too long to travel to the parks. Coming home we took either the movies or music bus. We were not a far walk from either. We had one disasterous experience going to Downtown Disney. It was a nightmare and it is very busy at park closings. But better than I expected.
