DisneyQuest was one of the things I was most excited about seeing on our recent trip...but as it turned out, it was one of the most disappointing.
Part of the trouble, I think, was that it was a rainy day during a hugely busy week. We arrived by noon--which I thought was early enough--only to find waits of nearly an hour for the big attractions (Virtual Jungle Cruise, Space Mountain, PoTC)!!
It was a real bummer, especially after waiting in line for EVERTHING the rest of the week.
Instead, we went on and played the classic games. Some were fun, but several were out of order and more than 50% of the machines had broken buttons and controllers!! It was ridiculous!! We spent three hours there and never had a chance to try any of the cooler attractions. We are huge video game fans, but in the end, DisneyQuest did not feel like anything special. If you're twelve years old, go for it, otherwise, save your cash. I'm REALLY glad the admission price was included in our UPHs, because if we had shelled out $60 for an afternoon of frustration, I would have been mighty upset.
