Ok, so today we woke up late. I think we were starting to feel sick of amusement parks and hotel rooms all together. We had one more day after this and I just wanted to go home.
We went to Islands of Adventure and there was no one there. 3 days prior to us coming to this park a lady suffered a heart attack on the Hulk. I'm sure you all knew this already. Well, I was scared to go on it, but went anyway. This ride is awsome. This and Spiderman are the only one's I enjoyed to be honest. There were no lines and practicaly no people. We went through the whole park in about 3 hours then left to eat lunch. We went to NBA City or whatever it's called. My hubby loves to play and watch basketball. We ate a good lunch there. We got pizza and the three for three appetizer. Then I watched him play hoops at some of the games they have there.
Now after lunch we did something that some of you might consider crazy. We left a day early. We packed up our stuff and hit the road. We missed our son and my husband had his family out here still. So we went home.
I still consider myself a HUGE Disney fan. I just think next time I need to take someone who feels the same way I do. I know my husband had a good time but he was sick of it after so long. I plan on taking my mom to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival and taking our son to Animal Kingdom. Maybe I need to plan some solo trips as well?
Thanks for letting me share. Bottom line-good service, great food.
