Well, we just returned from a FABULOUS 9 day vacation!!! The parks were great...a bit crowded but overall not bad at all. We got on Soarin' and it was as good as the reports have stated!
First we stayed at BWV in a std. view 1 br. It was perfect for our family of four. Our view was fine...and the room was in perfect "like new" condition. No stains, tears, mold, ants or horrible long walks to our room...not a thing wrong with this room. The girls were perfectly comfortable on the pull out sofa bed, but we were happy to have the comfy bed
. We actually think that a studio would be fine b/c between visiting the parks and swimming in the pool we were only there to eat b'fast and sleep LOL!
After 5 days at BWV we moved on to Vero Beach. OMG!!!! We fell madly in love with this resort. You guessed it.....add on-itis!!!! I want SO MUCH to own at VB. I had no idea that I would enjoy this resort so much. First of all, the staff were friendly even by Disney standards. I think Vero Beach is the most wonderful and relaxing place. The kids even fell in love with it...between the pool, beach and activities they were in heaven

We stayed in a deluxe inn room w/ ocean view. Although 25 rooms were "off market" due to the roofing work, we were fortunate and had a nice view of the pool and ocean. I love the location of the inn rooms, but we think we'd like to try the 1 BR next time, particularly b/c we're in our room a bit more here than at WDW.
Anyway, everything was great. I don't have a single complaint other than the fact that we had to leave these lovely resorts. But I do have 40 points burning a hole in my pocket so we're thinking of doing a quick trip in early September if there is any availability. Guess I'll be calling MS tomorrow morning
