We just got back from a quick 5-day trip -- part business, part pleasure. I finally got to the Brown Derby and I must say, that it was was one of the best meals I've ever had in WDW. DH, DDs, and I all LOVED are meals -- very unusual for us. We also ate at Shula's which was kind of a disappointment. My sirloin and DH's porterhouse were dry, but DDs' fillets were very good. Luckily, we were guests of some of my husband's business associates so we didn't have to pay. 
Also got to eat in Italy which was good, but pretty expensive for Italian food. As far as CS goes, Tusker House was terrible. I remember it being so good when we were there in the past. Just my two cents.
