Just back, bounceback seems pretty good

Booked bounceback for June 1-5, WL CY view for $238 a night, savings of $102 per night. I just called and chenged over to CR gv wing for $262 a night, a savings of $113 per night for a bigger room with monorail access. Now twer rooms available at this time unless you book CL, std atrium club was $575 a night with discount, not worth it for us. The deal is 30% off deluxe and 40% off villas (but not 3 bedroom GVs). BLT is not included. Dates available are throughout the rest of this year and off and on all of '09. This works out better for us than the buy4 get3 promo, too many days off for DH. I figured with the 4+3 promo going on I had better book the bounceback just to be sure I'd get a room!

We booked for Sept during free dining, but had to cancel because my mom was losing her battle with BC and passed away . We are going back in May and will be looking forward to bouncing back in Dec.

We are going to WDW in January and staying at CSR and Poly. What are the chances they will have the bouceback avail then. I will be looking for a room in March (March 5-9) at CBR. Is it 20 or 30% off at the Moderates?

I booked a bounceback trip on our final day at WDW last week and was quoted the same dates mentioned by rcraw45425. We would have preferred Nov '09 but the offer was only good through 10/3 so I booked late Sep/early Oct.

Apparently the bounceback offer we received was simply free dining, which I thought Disney offered to anyone who decided to come during hurricane season? Am I missing something?

I'll likely cancel that reservation and try our luck for some discounts in Nov '09 instead.

I called and they said it would also be 40% off deluxe we are family of 5 plus an infant and stayed at a holiday inn kidsuites for 1 night before our stay this time and the kids loved it so that is where we will probably stay next time.

The only 40% mentioned on the card in our room (right here in front of me now) is the Disney Deluxe Villas. Maybe that's what they meant.

I had a card for bounce back, that started Nov. 16 with 40% off. I cancelled our room down in Miami, because we were going to the Nascar race. So I needed to extend our stay Nov. 15 & 16. The CM tried like heck to get us into a Deluxe for the 15th, but his supervisor wouldn't let him. I could have gotten the 16th for $220.

I went to check-in then at the resort I was staying at, and they extended our stay with my code I received last January, so at least I still got 40% off my rooms at POR.
