We arrived on May 31. Drove up and thought the colors of the PC were wonderful. The lobby is great. I loved everything about this hotel. We had a wonderful CM trying to find us rooms. We had a room only on the 31 and then it changed to a package on the 1st. Taylor, the wonderful CM, got us in a room that we wouldn't have to check out of the next day.

We had rooms 450 & 451 in the 70's building. It was a wonderful location. Room 450 was a double double bed. Room 451 was an adjoining king bedroom. It was so nice. VERY CLEAN. No towel animals for us :(

Traveling with us was my parents, two dd's & my dh. We had grandparents in the double double with one dd. The other dd slept on an aerobed in the king room. There was plenty of space to put things away. We would stay here again! Everyone was so friendly.

The hippy dippy pool was great. The girls loved it. Our first day there, the chairs were all filled with towels. Well, we found a couple of chairs under a tree and not five minutes later a CM walked through and took the towels off the chairs. I asked if we could sit there. She said "Yes, they aren't suppose to leave towels there all day!"

The bus service was pretty good. We only had a couple of minor complaints, but all in all.........it was pretty efficient! You are cramed in like saradines!

I have read a lot of people talking about the temperature of the rooms. The temp stayed around 71 in there. There is no way to turn the air off. It blows right onto the table. We couldn't sit there and eat because the air kept blowing. We tried turning it up, but still there was air coming out. I would love to have had an on/off switch.

The parks were good. The lines were not too bad. I think the longest wait we had was about 45 minutes. We did use the fast pass a lot.

LOVED BLIZZARD BEACH.

We had a PS for MBYBBQ. LOVED IT!! I went in with an open mind because I had read so many bad reports about it. I knew that the characters were going to be swamped with kids. I prepared my children. My youngest dd danced until she couldn't dance anymore. The food was okay. But, I was so hungry that I would have eaten anything! :) I believe I was tired of the park food and this was something different. My youngest dd didn't eat anything. She didn't like anything they served.

Well, if you have any questions...........please ask.

Thanks...........Hope
