Just back form a great stay at the HRH. Feels like a second home now ! Managed to do HHN on the 5th and 10th. IOA (several times), USF (5th). Ate at all the City Walk restaurants apart from Emerils. Also had meals in Confisco Grill and Mythos. Glad to answer any Questions ???

I have alot of questions. Where was your room located? Did you walk to the parks? Was there a long wait for the boat? Tell me about the pool? Was it crowed? What restaurants at the HRH did you eat at?? Thanks...amy

Welcome Back Paul! Although I bet you wish you were still there.:)
How lucky that you were able to stay 13 nights.

What was your favorite CityWalk restaurant?

Thanks for posting:)

Thanks. Our room was on the 6th floor (6042), (great) pool view, one king size bed, non smoking. We had a great view of IOA and the entrance to USF. The room was located directly under the Hard Rock sign viewable from the pool.

We walked to the parks and City walk around 20 times (including evening trips). The quickest route is the path at the back next to the beach club (3-5 mins). The next quickest (and a bit more scenic) is the path at the side of the pool (5-10 mins). The boat (great for tired legs) can take upto a 15 min wait and it was never full. Infact sometimes we were the only 2 people on it.

The pool is an amazing 12,000 sq. ft . zero entry to 4ft maximum depth.. Capacity is 228 persons. Complimentary pool towels. 240 ft twisting waterslide. Underwater sound system. Poolside sevice from the Beach Club.2 Hydrospas, sand beach with Volley ball, wading pool for kids,Shuffle board, life size chess and checkers. Whlie we were at the HRH, there was a maximum of 50 people in the pool at weekends and 10 people midweek.

We ate at " The Palm", "Sunset grille" and "The Beach Club" in the HRH. The Beach club is great for poolside snacks. The Sunset Grille is good for an quiet evening meal.

Our favourite restaurants at City Walk were The Hard Rock Cafe and Margaritiville.

Our favourite park meal was DEFINITLEY Mythos in IOA.

Hi! Glad to hear you had a great trip. I am planning on a stay at the HRH in May 2015. Two Grandkids...8 and 5 years old. Did you happen to notice the age groups using the slides? I am sure our granddaughter will be able to use the slide but what about the 5 year old? Thanks

This thread is 12 years old. Even in the unlikely event that the OP is still around, I doubt their information would be very relevant at this point.

Please ask your question on the Resorts Board.
