Me and DW just back from our 3rd trip to WDW but first time without kids. It was a quick 4 day 3 night trip and we packed a lot in. Children really slow you down! We loved going with the kids but it was nice not to have to deal with strollers, meltdowns and extra bathroom breaks. We went to the MNSSHP, Club Villian and of course the Food and Wine Festival. The MNSSHP was good. Didn't seem overly crowed. Parade and fireworks were awesome. Club Villian was as advertised. Great show, food and character meets (Queen of Hearts and Evil Queen were our favs). The drinks tasted good but were weak. Was a bit concerned about Food and Wine being to crowded on Sunday but it was fine. The lines moved pretty smoothly. Never waited more than 3 or 4 minutes. We ate a lot and drank a lot and it was great!

Barnstormer (Shortest ride ever)

Skipper Canteen (Slow service, food good)

New Muppets Show (cute show)

School bread (overrated)
Frozen Ever After (thought it was great!)
