Just arrived back from the 4 day cruise

Hello!, first off I'd like to thank all of you for all the very helpful tips in cruising, I thought of you all everytime a situation presented itself........
Just a few quick thoughts....The food was very good, the service was excellent, room service was excellent. Nassau, well enough has been said on the shopping, we only went to Atlantis to gamble and look around for a couple of hours----Port Lucaya, it cost us (a party of 9), $100.00 with tip round trip, it WAS NOT WORTH IT!!!, We only went to shop and look around. We did not go to the International Bazzar nor the casino in Freeport.


Castaway Cay was truly beautiful, but very HOT. We were dissappointed that we had made reservations for my daughter to parasail at 11:00, when we got there it was cancelled "Sorry" the second boat had some issues, we really didn't get a satifactory explaination.........


Disembarkment was easy..we flew Delta, and they have reps at the port to take your luggage right to the airport, IT WAS TERIFFIC!!!!!! Who ever thought of that should get a raise!!!!

Glad you had a good time... did you do any excursions at all...
Did you stay on the ship while in port any of the days? I have never been on the 4 day cruise so I am looking for some pointers.

We did not do any "organized" excirisions. We went off on our own. Atlantis is beautiful, I would go there again, we shopped in Nassau, but you have to be careful as to what you buy (know your prices on jewelry).

The best thing I brought on the cruise was the Downy Wrinkle releaser, it worked great.....I had my clothes all ironed and cleaned prior to the cruise, so all I had to do was spray out some wrinkles!!!! The laundry rooms are hot and very busy, it is not my idea of fun to spend my time in a laundry room.


I would do the 4 day again it was really alot of fun.....not to short..not to long!!!
