I posted a few weeks ago about the pool heat problem I had with the rental home we rented in Emerald Island. I never heard back from the owner. It is bad business practice and I guess they just don't care which is a shame. Two full weeks later and nothing. Oh well.
Emerald Island is wonderful and I would rent from there again. You can't beat it's beauty and closeness to WDW.
