Just an FYI for AP Holders

My apologies if this has already been posted, but I didn't find it on the search.

I had not read the latest AP newsletter, so I was unaware that even Deluxe AP holders get a discount on merchandise until the beginning of May. (I believe that is what the CM said).

I am not sure if this applies to So. Cal passes, but, it does apply to Deluxe card holders. Another thing I am not sure of is whether there is a larger discount for Premium passes than their normal discount, but would be happy to ask tomorrow at the parks if anyone is interested.

The discount is 10% for Deluxe AP's.

I've read that the Premium AP's get 20% off instead of the normal 10% during this time. We were there in early Jan, and that was the case also, so it sounds like they've extended the same additional discount plan that was in place at that time.

It had been 1 1/2 years since we'd been there and found that they now actually scan the AP for the discount rather than just taking a look at it like they did previously. Not a big deal at all, but just something to note!

I wish they'd continue the 10% discount past May (for the rest of the year would be nice!)
