Just added on at BCV

I just added on at BCV this morning. We were on the list for OKW but it had not come through and I can't bear the thought of paying $80 a point after the price increase in June. Dh is the best. Just 6 months ago I thought I would never get him to join DVC. Just had to share the good news.

Congratulations. How long have you been on the wait list for OKW and did they tell you what number on list you were at? I have been on list for a loooong time. Just wondering. Thanks

Anna: We were only on the list a couple of months. I never did ask what number we were. I knew there were a few people on the boards who had been on the list a long time so we decided to go ahead and add on at BCV. We bought OKW by resale which took about 7 or 8 weeks (worth it though because we got lots of banked points and a great price). I couldn't believe it when my guide told me my points would be there this afternoon. Anyway, good luck adding on.

Good news for you.

We decided to add on to our OKW in April, got a call a week later - they were mine. Some have waited a long while, I guess it's the use year that's the hold up. My use year is Feb.

we want to buy about 150 - 200 points.

we currently own 300 at OKW.

and what is the exact date of the price increase? is it june 6th?

We went to the member meeting at OKW on Tuesday and the price goes up to $80 on June 2nd.

Anna.....we have been on the waiting list (OKW-Sept use yr) through DVC since Jan . We are also looking at re-sales with our use yr.When I checked 2 weeks ago (DVC) we were 3rd on the list.
