Just added an extra day...where should we eat

We just added 2 more nights to our vacation. Our flight gets in at 6:10 pm. Do you think we could make an ADR for Chef Mickey's at 8:30 or 8:45 and get there in time? We're staying at a hotel off-property the first night. If we didn't do CM, I was thinking of maybe going to DTD and grabbing a bite at Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck Express. I've made so many dining decisions already that I'm having a hard time coming up with restaurant for our last night. DH is allergic to seafood, so it would have to be a place he can eat as well. We have the following ADR's:

Breakfast
Crystal Palace, Spoodles, Chef Mickey's, Cape May Cafe, Whispering Canyon Cafe

Lunch
Sci-Fi

Dinner
Boma, 1900 Park Fare, Whispering Canyon Cafe, House of Blues, Rose & Crown, LeCellier, Kona Cafe

What restaurant are we leaving out that you would add?

Personally, I don't think CM the first night is feasible.
