So... a little background. Please feel free to skip if you want.

We last went to WDW in '09 using a loan, which my sister has only just paid off. We will be going on our first non-disney, non-UK trip for any of us as a family in July, to Malta for a week. We are excited for that! There are some really good museums, shops and bars in Malta, so we will no doubt have lots of fun. (Not to mention I can drink there.)

However, just as I still couldnt stop going to WDW as a 16 year old boy, as a 19 year old man I still feel the pull and excitement. There really is nowhere quite like it for me. I suspect that is because it was our first, and only, major holiday destination that we had to fly for. I firmly believe it will be my favourite till I die, though I haven't managed to get to Canada yet, so who knows.

Anyway, onto the point. Budgeting and promises of savings from my student loans (still in full time education) and my sisters wages, whilst my parents pay the bills (we all live in one house due to the economy), have allowed us to once again go back to that special place. There is just one catch.

It isnt till 2013.

Still, I felt the need to tell someone, no matter how early :rotfl: Hopefully there is more than one person like me out there!

Who else has booked for 2013? Or who knows or is a man who enjoys going back to disney even as an adult or without children? Hopefuly i'm not alone :upsidedow

I know exactly what you mean! My DH and myself first went to WDW in 2005, on our honeymoon and I fell head over heels in love with it. I've always loved Disney, but never had the chance to go. After that first trip I wanted to go back year after year, but my DH doesn't feel the Disney magic as much as I do! We went in January 2010 which was fantastic but now DH wants a break and doesn't want to go back until 2013, not that we can afford it anyhow (just moved house). So I spend my lunch hour and evening on the dis boards, trying to get my Disney fix.

We plan to go for two weeks late November 2013 and stay in the Art of Animation resort, (if I can save enough!) top of the to-do list is MVMCP and the new Fantasyland!

But after my little trip coming up next week, my husband and I are not going back until November 2012. And by the way, our honeymoon trip in 2010 was his first time ever to WDW. He fell in love with it, and feels the magic as much as I do. And he is 31. :) So you are not alone! :lovestruc

Looks like we all are mad then for already planning a 2013 holiday as not many people have added to the thread! :rotfl2:

So what month are all you guys planning to go in 2013?

We are planning for March 2013. Both of my ds's will be in marching band and will march down Main Street that year. It may be 21 months away but exciting nonetheless. :):goodvibes
