Just a suggestion........... mods?

Now that it looks official that the Magic is going to California next summer, perhaps there should be a "mini-forum", like the Cruise Meets, that is for questions and information about the port of Los Angeles, towncar/limo services, hotels, etc. in LA. Since most of us DISers have probably not cruised out of LA, we could really use the help and expertise of those who have, or those who live in California.

There is huge amount of knowledge and experience about Orlando and Port Canaveral here on the Cruise board, but most of us could use all the help we can get when it comes to cruising from LA.

What do you think?

Actually, if you visit our existing Disneyland Board here on the DIS you will find all that wonderful LA info right there! I generally hop on the DL Board whenever I am planning a trip to the Southern California area!

I did take a look at the Disneyland forum and, yes, there is some good stuff over there. However, I was suggesting that maybe we could have a thread (or mini-forum) where all the info about the port, nearby hotels, transportation, etc. could be kept. While I'm sure many folks will visit DL before or after the cruise, I plan on flying in the day before the cruise (hopefully the CA to FL reposition cruise) and really have no intention of going to DL, so "port specific" info would be very helpful.
