Anyone have the stretchie??? I am looking at maybe getting it or the one with the ab belt. Any recommendations?

A great deal considering that you can get DVD or video tapes. I have the Abs tapes with the belt which I got at Sam's Club. It provides the support for the back and also resistance training. Got the Express Walk Strong tape the other day at BJs and that uses the stretchie. It would provide more resistance training with the stretchie but you can definitely use the tapes without it.

Love her tapes just because I can do them at home and she motivates me to continue them on a daily basis. Don't have to get showered and do hair and makeup to go out and walk around the block and sweat.... and then shower, etc., etc., again.
