Just a few more weeks to go

Hi all. I have not posted in this forum in a while, but our plans for our trip in November are going strong. As a reminder, I am traveling with 5 other people..3 members of our party are in wheelchairs. I, myself, have arthritis and use a cane to get around. I will be along to help Kim, one of our travelers on wheels.
We are one step closer to officiall...as on Friday Kim and I each paid our share to the one member of our group who has taken the responsibility for getting the trip paid off.
We are working on making all our dinner ressies. Our whole gang will be going to the House of Blues together for dinner one night. Kim and I will be doing the Coral Reef at Epcot on our first evening there. I just made that ressie Friday.
This trip is a really special one for Kim. It will be the first time she has taken a vacation without her mom or other family members. She is pretty excited. She is 40..and her new found independance is really exciting for her.

Kim and I were looking over the Burbaum Guide book as well as their Dining Guidebook. We figured we would have to stay an extra week just to eat everywhere we wanted, AND shop at all the places we want to shop at. Plus the attractions of course.

Have a wonderful vacation!! Where are you staying and what dates? We'll be at Pop checking in on Sept. 5th ( my daughter and son are treating me as a birthday gift!). We'll be there until the 10th, then moving over to AKLV for three days to use our DVC points and check out the new resort ( well, new part of the resort). I just can't wait to have some time off work to spend with family and to enjoy a really relaxed pace. Perhaps we'll see each other!---Kathy

Oops...now I see the trip's for November. I still might see your group at some point since we live locally and have one Wed-Sat trip planned during that month. ---Kathy

We are going from November 10th through the 18th. We are staying at the Coronado. Kim and I will be writing a joint report..hers from her perspective from her chair.
