Just a Disney hello..no pin!!

Was so excited to read of all the people who recently received pins, then went to my email and there was something from Disney.., but I then realized it was just a Disney April Hello..There was no pin included, just info about our current itinerary, and current Disney news. I was SO disappointed. We have a reservation for Sept so I hope one will eventually come!

That happened to me a month or so ago . I did eventually get a PIN and I hope you do too.

That's twice now I've gotten my hopes up only to be shattered. First was the letterhead, now the Disney April Hello.

I am not getting any emails from Disney. I have my preferred method of communication as email and I know I have a working email address (remember getting the "welcome" email when we signed up a while back). It is getting so frustrating.

I am wanting to upgrade to CL, but will not without the 40% off PIN. I guess if Disney wants my extra money, they will send it. So depressing!

I got one of those with no PIN too. I have been trying all the suggestions on here but to no avail.

I get those every month as well with no pin, BUT, when I got my 1st pin last week, it was from Disney Destinations but the email title had the word "save" in it

I am not getting any emails from Disney. I have my preferred method of communication as email...

How do you set your preferred method of communication to email? My Mom always gets the Disney Hello's (to my work email address!) but I never get them on my personal e-addy, even though I have an account on disney.com.
