I had the sustainable fish, tilefish today. It was fine, a bit over salted but that's the norm with Disney and me. Don't get too excited about the veggies-mine were 90% carrots, 10% everything else.

Everything was served piping hot and a couple of over priced Stellas go a long way to compensate for the negatives.

I'm from Louisiana and would have been extremely unhappy with this dish at this price point at home. At WDW, given the menu and ease of obtaining an ADR, this will probably become a go-to TS for us.
