jungle book movie on dvd?

Can someone tell me what the different versions of this movie are? What's the difference between the "Masterpiece" limited edition and the non "Masterpiece" version?

I'm confused. If it's no longer in print, why can I still buy it at amazon.com?

Can't help you with your first question but as for why you can still buy it...when a video (or book or other media) go out of print it simply means that no more are being printed but stores can continue to sell any stock they have. They simply can't order any more when they run out.

Unless they are the Disney store--which has to retun the movies back to the vendor when they are no longer available.
